The Waconia Knights of Columbus hosted Rebecca Brubaker, President of the Elijah Institute, on April 15th, to speak about enhancing mental wellness through the Catholic faith. As we face a growing mental health crisis in our communities and parishes, the need for spiritually integrated care has never been greater. The Elijah Institute’s approach—Catholic Christian Integrated Psychotherapy—offers a powerful, faith-based response that honors the dignity of the human person while providing tools for lasting healing and peace.
